SCROLL
Train Strength.
Universally, ultra runners are typically very structurally weak. They have an insane mental capacity and can endure almost any amount of human suffering. However, runners often lack physical durability... leading to chronic injuries and the unfortunate "DNF’s".
Weak structures lead to weak bio mechanics. And weak biomechanics make little problems turn into big problems.... especially when the miles start to add up.
So, what's the solution? It's simple: ultra runners need more strength. Not the kind of strength that allows them to simply survive an ultra, but kind of strength that makes them thrive...whether it be at mile 1, mile 50 or mile 100+!
Ultra runners need ultra strength.
